The Oakland Robotics Association, ORA, is a student organization at Oakland University that specializes in Autonomous Robotics. With a long-running history of various engineering projects, ORA has been an active hub for future engineers.

ORA Competes in the Intelligent Ground Vehicle Competition, or IGVC, where we enter a robot to drive in a road-like course autonomously. This robot is built from the ground-up, with a custom designed frame, electrical system, and software stack.

Oakland Robotics is proud to represent Oakland University in various outreach events. From tours of the lab to workshops, ORA gives back to our community and is proud to inspire the next generation of engineers.
